She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Perry and Martha Shewmake Perry. She is survived by: her son Doug Meeks (Jamie) of Sullivan; her siblings, Reta Swisher (Bob) of Shelbyville and Jim Perry of Sachse, TX; her grandchildren, Daniel Meeks, Alexandria Dann (Chris), Jason Meeks, Hunter Ervin (John), James "Dakota" Hale and James "JP" McCrone (Delisha); her great grandchildren, Cheerilee Monk, Darrell Meeks, Anniston Ervin, James and Sydney McCrone; and her close friend Ruby Pangburn of Mattoon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
