He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Cohen and Adeline Cohen (Fishman); his brother Jerry Cohen; and his great grandchild Trenton Rowan. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Missie" Cohen; his son Austin; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Sasha, Kameryn, Isaac and Kaden; his great grandchildren, Ciara, Carlei, Robert and A'Riyah; and his sister-in-law Carol Cohen. He is also survived by three nieces, many special cousins, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Fairlawn Cemetery (1600 W King St, Decatur, IL 62522).
