With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Carter of Tuscola, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. and Ida Mae Carter, Sr.; and his wife Joan C. LaBree. He is survived by: his children, Curt Carter (Debbie), Ray Carter (Ann), Jay Carter (Becky), Larry Carter (Sue), Trudy Thomas, Bruce Carter (Jill) and Brian Carter (Sherry); and his siblings, Marvin Carter and Violet Bryan. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
