He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Benton "J. B."; and his sisters, JoEllen McCollough and Barbara Koelker. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Pauline Kuykendall (Pate) of Marion; his wife Linda Kuykendall of Tunnel Hill, IL; his son Christopher Kuykendall of Sedalia, MO; his sisters, Jane A. Anderson (Kenneth) of Marion and Jennifer L. Kubow (Philip) of Nashotah, WI; his aunt Phyliss Tunning of Cincinnati, OH; and his brother-in-law Kent McCollough of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other extended family and many friends.
Due to the executive order by the Governor of Illinois, those attending the visitation and funeral service inside, must wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
