He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ennis; his sisters, Barbara Manning (Jim) and Jacqueline Fazio (Frank); and his sisters-in-law, Roxanne Rees, Bettie Louwen (Rollie) and Kaye Sams (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
