He was predeceased by: his brother Curtis Weider. He is survived by: his wife Paula Weider; his daughters, Lauren Switala (Kevin) of Troy, IL, Sarah Day (Carl) of St. Louis, MO and Chelsea Zelasko (Ben) of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Margaret, Eleanor Switala, Demi, Dylan Day and Elizabeth Zelasko; his parents, Arthur Weider and Gladys Weider of Troy, IL; and his sisters, Karen Becker (Darrell) of Highland, IL and Annette Mills (Lowell) of Marine, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (200 N Lange Ave, Maryville, IL 62062). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Time Out Sports Bar & Grill (111 W Market St, Troy, IL 62294).
