He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin E. Freeman and Carolyn F. Freeman; and his former wife Lisa M. Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah A. Freeman of Godfrey, IL; his siblings, Donna St. Germain of Freeburg, IL and Terry Freeman of Sparta, IL; his brothers-in-law, Charles Jordan (Cheryl) of St. Jacob, IL and Timothy Jordan (Pamela) of Highland, IL.; his nieces and nephews, William St. Germain, Sally Schmittling, Ariel Freeman, Alyssa Jordan and Samantha Venable (Chad); and his great-nephews, Nikita Schmittling, Aiden Venable and Dillon Venable.
Memorial can be made out to Scott Freeman Memorial Fund to assist with Scott's final expenses and special care/needs for his daughter Sarah.
