He is survived by: his wife Donna McCammack; his children, Richard McCammack (Rita) of Troy, IL, Sheri Schmidt (Scott) of Edwardsville, IL and Steven McCammack (Cathy) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Amanda McCammack (Chad), Heather McCammack (Thomas), Jennifer McCammack, Kayla Wuebbels (Austin), Austin Schmidt (Chloe), Jillian McCammack-Paulus (Alex) and Brad McCammack (Autumn); his great grandchildren, Emma, Landon, Reese, Elijah, Wyatt, Everett, Mason, Ezra and Cameron; his brothers, Jerry McCammack (Polly) of Nashville, AR, Edwin McCammack (Melody) of Urbana, IL and Dennis McCammack (Kathy) of Hillsboro, IL; and his brother-in-law David Head of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin and friends.
