He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Aurelio Ochoa and Carmen Gomez Ochoa; his spouse Jane Whelehan; his son Phillip James Ochoa (Rita) of Troy; his sister Christine Marie Ochoa of Trenton; his grandchildren, Colleen Fields, Carrie Ann Sturek (Toby) and Kathleen Tomeoni (Mark); his great grandchildren, Jacey Sturek, Brielee Sturek and Macy Sturek; his daughter Kathleen Ann Fields; his grandson John Christopher Fields; and his siblings, Salvador Ochoa, Joseph Ochoa, Rosary Gutierrez, Mary Teresa Ochoa, Rufus Ochoa, Raquel Hall, Soladad Ochoa, Aurelio Ochoa Jr. and Ronald Lee Ochoa.
