It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Caraker of Troy, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Tom" Caraker; her parents, Norman E. Bequette and Barbara S. Coonce (Daugherty); and her siblings, Judith Latner and Charles Bequette.
She is survived by: her children, Jenny Hosler (Josh) of Granite City, IL, Andrea Hall (Sam) of Shiloh, IL and Neil Howard of Troy, IL; her grandchildren, Darren, Haley, Donavan Howard, Audrey and Emma West; and her siblings, Debbie Coffey of St. Charles, MO, Darryl Bequette of Nebo, IL, Billy Bequette of Belleville, IL and James Bequette of Enid, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
