He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Hood and Adah P. Hood (Letson); his wife JoAnn Hood (Robertson); and his siblings, Benjamin Hood, Charles Hood, Leonard Hood, Alexander Hood, Evelyn Koch and Audrey Klaustermeier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Strunk of Colorado Springs and Kathy Glover of Garland Texas; and his sister Fern Mateer. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren with one on the way, other extended family and friends.
