She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; her siblings, Benjamin Ahring (Jean), Arnold Ahring, Frieda Kombrink (Roy), Hubert Ahring (Leona), Lester Ahring and Delores Klingelhoefer (Jim); her son-in-law Dr. Mark Friederich; and her friend Verla Weissert.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Friederich of Troy, Karen Drake (Dean) of Fairview Heights, Kent Kimmle (Gail) of Lebanon and Dr. Kendall Wachter (James) of Carterville, Ill.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Heartland Hospice or O'Fallon United Church of Christ.
