She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur P. Fultz Sr.; her daughters, Debbie K. Fultz and Hope E. Crooks; her parents, Joseph Smith and Helen Faigle; and her brothers, Johnny and Charles Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Major Arthur Fultz Jr. (Diane) of Springhill, FL, Michael Fultz (Joan) of Granite City, IL and Dale Fultz (Tammy) of Troy, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremy Crooks, Sarah R. Fleenor (Chris), John Hopkins, Nichcole Hopkins, Major Sarah B. Nelson (Major Dan), Rebecca Gilliam (Mark), Ryan P., Scott A. Fultz and Jill Ponder; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Nolan Nelson, Cameron, Sawyer, Caraline Fleenor, Chloe Gilliam, Tobias Gilliam (Christmas), Samanthia, Noah Hopkins and Jasper Sugden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
