She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Healy and Flora Healy (Edwards); her husband Richard Hoffman; her grandson Timothy Milkovich; and her siblings, James T. Healy, Oral R. Healy and Leota Humm.

She is survived by: her children, Regina "Gina" Wilkinson (Jamie) of Glen Carbon, Julie Clayton of Edwardsville and Cary Clayton of Worden; and her grandchildren, John Ottwein (Nicole), Adam Ottwein (Jessica), Tyler Ottwein, Crystal Milkovich, Christina Mueller (Steve), Jenna Clayton (Logan Scheiter) and Gage Clayton. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
