She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry "Clem" Koehler and Dora "Johnny" Koehler; her siblings, Kenneth, Thomas Koehler and Diana Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Terry Dunn, Sandy Koehler and Carol Koehler; her daughter-in-law Pam Cotner; her grandchildren, Christina Carnahan, Jonathan Mowery and Cody Harris; and her great grandchild Cori Carnahan.
She is survived by: her significant other Jimmie Cotner, Sr. of Troy, IL; her children, Jimmie Cotner, Jr., Judith Carnahan (Michael) of Troy, IL, Tammie Hindman (Ron) of Mexico, MO and Kimberly Eastland (Jeffrey) of Waterloo, IA; her grandchildren, Ashley Rhoads of Mexico, MO, Kyle Carnahan (Brittany Fowler) of Delevan, IL, Barbara Garcia (Jordan) of Glen Carbon, IL, Allyxandra Eastland of Waterloo, IA and Zackrey Eastland (Peyton Green) of Waterloo, IA; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Harris, Henry Carnahan and Hunter Garcia; her siblings, Phyllis Dunn of Austell, GA and Roger Koehler (Margie) of Buchanan, TN; and her sister-in-law Shirley Koehler of Jackson, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family and will be received at the funeral home.
