It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlene Watson of Troy, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roy L. Watson; her daughters, Carol Lynn Jones and Gail E. Patterson; and her sister Elizabeth Dustmann. She is survived by: her sons, Barry Wilson (Linda) of Troy, IL and Chris A. Watson of Dorsey, IL. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
