She is survived by: her husband David Cook of Troy, IL; her daughter Sarah Freeman of Godfrey, IL; her stepchildren, Rindy Fisk (Michael) of Edwardsville, IL and Gregory Cook of Madison, IL; her brothers, Chuck Jordan (Cheryl) of St. Jacob, IL and Tim Jordan (Pam) of Highland, IL; her grandchild Azriel Fisk; her siblings, Rhonda Bunch (Jeff) and Dale Williams (Susan); and also Scott Freeman of Troy, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
