He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Sipes; his children, Kenneth "Tony" Sipes (Erica) of Marine, IL, Kyle Sipes (Rachel) of St. Jacob, IL and Kristen Youngman of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Bradley Youngman, Mason, Ella, Austin and Everett Sipes; and his siblings, Keith, Kevin Sipes (Nancy) of Winfield, MO, Phyllis Richmond of Granite City, IL, Debbie Karius (Tim) of Maryville, IL, Brenda Rader (Hank) of Caldwell, ID, Ronnie Owens of Granite City, IL, Susan Flood (Rodney) of Mitchell, IL, Barbara Casady (Michael) of Fairfax, CA, David Owens (Margaret) of Webster Groves, MO and Lisa Dean of Granite City, IL.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (112 N Border St, Troy, IL 62294). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
