Spurgeon (Troy, Illinois), born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on March 23, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spurgeon and Betty Christine Spurgeon. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Spurgeon; his daughter Stacy Crow of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Rachael and Andrea Crow.
