He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Penrod of Anna, IL and Patty Hinson of Jonesboro, IL; his children, Mark Penrod (Patti Elder) of Belleville, IL, Shawna Loper (Brent) of Concord, NC and Angel Penrod (Dannie Sipes) of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Tyler Penrod (Iryna), Jordan Pendergrass, Kelsey, Karoline Sipes, Nathan and Eli Loper; and his great grandchildren, Monroe, Andie Pendergrass, Liliana and Elizabeth Penrod.
