He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Miller and Clydith Miller; his wife Maryann Astuto; and his siblings, Shirley Piatt, Carol Rexroat, Betty Burgess Johnson, Herman Miller (Bud), Hans Miller Jr. (John) and Linda Miller (Susie).
He is survived by: his children, James Miller II of Troy, Joshua Miller of Glen Carbon and Rachel Paolucci (Tony) of Collinsville.
Memorials may be made to the Shriners, an organization that meant a lot to him and will be collected at the Funeral Home.
