He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hillard and Colleen Hillard; and his brother Donald Hillard. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hillard; his children, James Hillard (Nicole) of Troy, IL and Tricia Hillard (John Orr) of Pierron, IL; his grandchildren, Madeline, Ali, William Hillard and Jenee Johnson; and his sister Ginny Holden (Bob) of Norman, OK..
