He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Sr. Bugger and Dorothy Bugger; his siblings, Pete, Chuck Bugger, Nancy Schiefer and Diane Messina; and his brother-in-law David Rickert.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Rickert of Troy, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
