He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline L. Seele; and his children, Sandra K., Daniel Provaznik (JoAnne) of Maryville, Michael Provaznik of East Alton, Virginia Behrhorst (Keith) of Hamel, Rick Lewis (Desiree) of Branson, Judith Colytt (Leslie) of Troy, Cathy Rice of Troy and Jeff Rice (Gail) of Edwardsville, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
