She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Heil and Lela Heil (Bergadine); her spouse Raleigh "Lee" Allen; and her brothers, Jimmy, Jack and Jerry Heil.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Allen of Troy, Illinois, Debra (Dave Long), Pamela (Jon Kottkamp) and Virginia (Lisa Allen); her grandchildren, Michelle Zand, Jacky Long, Brooke Hobson, Affton Benningfield, Kennedy Kottkamp and Tiffany Shimunek; her great grandchildren, Lyric, Bella, Enzo, Bryton, Mayson, Kaden, Jax and Deckland; her sister Marilyn; and her siblings-in-law, Horace Stegall of Pontoon Beach, Illinois and Ruth Heil of Freeburg, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family, friends.
