She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert J. Self and Nena I. Self (Mizell); and her siblings, Donald W. Self, Glen Ray Self and Pamela Self.
She is survived by: her former husband Robert J. Carrillo; her husband Earl W. Seymore; and her siblings, Joyce James (Douglas), Berlon Eugene Self (JoAnn), Brenda Stamps, Judy Lemming (Eugene), Ronald Self (Vicki) and Laurie Hoock (Kurt). She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
