It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Tracy of Troy, Illinois, born in Odin, Illinois, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy G. Tracy; her son Roger Tracy; her parents, Robert Risinger and Stella Risinger; and her sisters, Mildred Kidwell and Frances Dodson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (David) of Collinsville, Diana Van Duyne (Daniel) of St. Louis, MO, Lisa Walker (Robert) of Port Charlotte, FL and Steven Tracy (Anna) of Minneapolis, MN; her grandchildren, Cory Smith (Amanda), Nicole Smith, Lindsey Schaefer (Keith), Chelsea Van Duyne, Zachary Neubauer, Kurtis Neubauer (Tyler), Robert Tyler Walker, Tayler Walker, Seth Tracy and Eleanor Tracy; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Jude Smith and River Neubauer; and her brothers, Earl Risinger (Marilyn) of Grand Rapids, MI and Dale Risinger (Joyce) of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
