He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel M. Faiss; his parents, Eddie Faiss and Grace Faiss; his sister Gladys Chamineak; and his granddaughter Nicole Faiss.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Furfaro (Sam) of St. Jacob, IL and John Faiss of Troy, IL; his grandsons, Sam Furfaro (Shannon) of St. Jacob, IL, Daniel Furfaro (Kristine Hoxworth) of Collinsville, IL and Matthew Furfaro (Danielle) of Marine, IL; and his great grandchildren, Sutton Furfaro, Jacob Furfaro, Mason Furfaro, Sophia Furfaro, Tatum Furfaro, Alexandria Hoxworth, Jesse Hoxworth (Emma) and Mackenzie Hoxworth.
