It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Oliver of Troy, Illinois, born in Bardwell, Kentucky, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Tom" M. Oliver; her son Thomas Mike Phillips; and her sisters, Rachel Brown and Martha Carlton. She is survived by: her son Jason Oliver (Marcy) of St. Jacob, IL; her grandchildren, Andrew Canini (Christina), Kaitlynn Canini, Liam, Waylon Canini and Skyler Smith; her brother John Clark (Cindy) of Smithton, IL; and her nephews, Bryan and Scott Clark. She is also survived by sister-in-law, nieces, cousins and many friends.
