He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Garcia and Francis Garcia (Garcia); his siblings, Paul Garcia, Leonard Garcia and Karen Garcia; and also Jerry Soliz.
He is survived by: his wife DeeDee Garcia; his children, Stephanie L. Ochoa of Collinsville and Christopher Garcia (Cynthia) of Fairview Heights; his grandchildren, Bret Meade, Charlie Ochoa, Madelynn Cuvar and Benny Garcia; his siblings, Velma Garcia, Lillian Espinoza, Denise Souders and Rudy Garcia; and his grandfather Jerin Burton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
Donnie asked that in lieu of any flowers a donation be made to Cardinal Glennon Hospital.
