He is survived by: his wife Carol Lynn Webb; and his sons, James Young, Randy Young (Peggy), Douglas Webb (Erin Jacquot), Roger Webb (April Hamilton) and Army Brock Webb. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
