She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Unverzagt and Winnie Mae Unverzagt (McGhie); her husband George J. "Moon" Macko; and her siblings, Alice Marie Novosel and Norman "Doc" Unverzagt.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Bridget Macko) and Michael (Jenny Macko); her grandchildren, Elena Macko, Josh Morrison, Andrea Macko, Olivia Macko and Lauren Macko; and her sister Mary Lou Connor. She is also survived by family members and friends.
