He is survived by: his wife Nelda Tolison; his sons, Stephen Barbour (Beth) of Troy, IL, Todd Barbour (Kelli) of St. Jacob, IL and Michael Barbour (Amy) of Troy, IL; and his grandchildren, Melanie, Jason, Beau, Brandon, Collin, Jackson, Ben and Ella.
