He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Joseph and Emelyn R. Waters; and his brother Michael Waters. He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Waters-Shea of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Autumn Waters-Shea and August Waters-Shea; and his sister Nancy Heitz (Gene) of Muskego, WS.
