He is survived by: his wife Nancy Scheyer; his children, Dustin Scheyer (Amanda) of Pevely, MO, Erica Nast (Tim) of Troy, IL and Scott Lewis (Zoe) of Canton, GA; his grandchildren, Rhen, Hudson Scheyer, Baylee Jewell, Dylan Nast and Canyon Lewis; his siblings, David Scheyer (Shirley) of Rolesville, NC, Don Scheyer of Granite City, IL and Janet Yates of Edwardsville, IL; and his brothers-in-law, Donald W. Niebruegge (Mary) of Troy, IL and Ronald Niebruegge (Laura) of St. Jacob, IL.
Memorials may be made to the family for a bench at Tri-Township Park.
