She was predeceased by: her parents, Nazario Formantes and Adelaida Formantes; her husband James A. Grant; her former husband William "Beel" Burgess; her granddaughter Ally Moore; her sisters, Marilyn Chevez (Milo) and Vilma Diego (Don); and her son-in-law Andre Day.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tricia Moore (Matt Brett), Pamela Thaxton (Eric) and Jennifer Day; her stepson Tim Burgess (Lisa); her granddaughters, Katie Moore, Mariah Leigh (Andrew), Layla Literski and Jasmine Day; her great grandchild Adeline Dawn Leigh; and her siblings, Rene Formantes (Debbie), Cielito Bumanglag (Bill), Grace DeLacueva (Rene), Marissa Suan (Leo), Jane Duminquez (Nonie) and Carmen Graupner (David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
