McGinnis of Trivoli, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton McGinnis and Imogene N. McGinnis (McCoy). He is survived by: his daughter Rosemary McGinnis of Pekin; his grandchildren, Katlynn McGinnis of Pekin and David McGinnis of Pekin; and his siblings, Tricia Ratliff (Gary) of Elkhorn, Zayna Connor of Trivoli and Patrick McGinnis of Trivoli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Midwest Affiliate.
