She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Dean Harper; and her siblings, David Burlison and Diane Hand. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Lynne Crowell (Charles) of Trivoli; and her grandchildren, Kyle and Claire Crowell. She is also survived by her daughter and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Tazewell Animal Protective Society (TAPS) or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
