We bid farewell to Thomas R. Halusan of Trenton, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 29, 2024 at the age of 83. Thomas R. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Halusan and Evelyn Halusan; his sons, Thomas Lee Halusan and Daniel Thomas Halusan; his parents-in-law, Levern and Irene Koerber; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Halusan and Dale Koerber.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Koerber of Trenton; his children, Dean Halusan (Jennifer) of Prairietown and Lori Ottensmeier (Gerry) of Trenton; his grandchildren, Olivia, Owen Halusan and Cassidy Ottensmeier; his brother Charles "Mick" Halusan of Swansea; and his siblings-in-law, Myron Koerber (Kayla) of New Baden and Nancy Koerber of Red Bud. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Moss Funeral Home (105 S Main St, Trenton, IL 62293). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main St., Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
