He is survived by: his wife Cora; and his children, Terri Rhoades (James) of Breese, IL, Toni Fuhler (Mike) of Florida, Tina Kampwerth of St. Rose, IL, Wendy Holton of Aviston, IL, Bud Holton (Tammy) of Perryville, MO and Jim Holton of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and his siblings.
Memorials are preferred to Shriner's Hospital.
