It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Vaughan (Trenton, Illinois), born in Highland, Illinois, who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Alvah Elmo; and his brother James "Jim" Vaughan. He is survived by: his parent Loretta; his wife Debra of Trenton; his children, William Vaughan of Boston, MA, David Vaughan (Maura) of Oak Lawn and Anne Vaughan of Trenton; his sister Kathy Vaughan-Durham (David) of Summerset, KY; and also, Rebecca Anne, Beckemeyer, Taylor of Trenton, Matthew Durham, Jolene Durham and Boone Durham.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to HSHS Hospice Everlasting Memory, Multiple Syndrome Atrophy Research Fund, or to the Sierra Club and will be received at the funeral home.
