He was predeceased by: his father Richard O.; his wife Joyce Fritz; his son-in-law Philip "Ted" Haller; his grandson Ryan Haller; his sister Vicky Fritz; his father-in-law Emil; and his brother-in-law Larry Heatherly.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Witte (Dwaine) of Columbia, MO, Cathy Haller of Trenton and Ken Fritz of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Sara West (Matthew) and Dylan Witte; his great grandchildren, Chloe Malin, Ruth Swofford, Jayden Barker, Emma Haller, Abi Haller, Lucas Haller, Brooke Berkemann, Owen Berkemann and Ivrey Berkemann; his granddaughter-in-law Kayla Berkemann (Brian); his sister-in-law Elaine Heatherly of Columbia; and his nephew Bruce Heatherly (Patti) of Collinsville.
