She was predeceased by: her parent Van; her husband Jack C. Lemons; her siblings, LeRoy Hartline (Bette), John Hartline and Irene McGuire (Daniel); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Harvey (Jim).
She is survived by: her children, Deacon Steven Lemons (Marilyn) of Lenexa, KS, Kimberly Brunner (John) of Rogers, AR, Donna Dickmann (Bruce) of Edwardsville and Jacqueline Van Gorkom (Peter) of Trenton; her grandchildren, Emily Fragale (Nick), Elizabeth Zakutansky (Michael), John Brunner Jr., Ellen Silveira (Justin), Bradley Dickmann (Jennifer), Aubry Dickmann, Jack Van Gorkom and Analeigh Van Gorkom; and her great grandchildren, Salvatore, Luca, Vincenzo, Teresa Fragale, Lincoln Zakutansky and Beau Dickmann. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials in her honor may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Trenton and will be received by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main St. Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
