She was predeceased by: her brother Vernon Detmer; and her mother-in-law Bernice Gilomen. She is survived by: her husband Carl Gilomen of Trenton; her daughters, Laura Hogg (Garrett) and Sara Dixon (Daniel); her grandchildren, Parker, Liam Hogg and David Dixon; her siblings, Dennis Detmer (Dorothy), Julie Hartsburg (Dan), Mark "Tank" Detmer (Jenny), Jane Eilers (Don), Kevin Detmer (Eric), Dale Detmer (Geri), Kathleen Feldmann (Al) and Randy Detmer (Dianna); her father-in-law James "Jim" Gilomen; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Detmer, Darlene Detmer and Sue Ottensmeier (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be received at the church or through Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th, Breese, IL 62230 who is serving the family.
