He was predeceased by: his parent Edward; his brother John Santel; his mother-in-law Marion; his brothers-in-law, Martin Voss, Lawrence Spealman and Ron Ross; and also, Iris and Catron.
He is survived by: his parent Irene; his wife Maxine of Trenton; his children, Fred Santel, Jr. (Karen) of Damiansville, Sheri Ciaramitaro (Tony) of Trenton, Tammy Franke (Keith) of Trenton, Tracy Norbury (Mark) of Trenton and Angela Holtgrave (Michael) of Trenton; his grandchildren, Logan Santel, Tyler Ciaramitaro, Owen Ciaramitaro, Brandon, Rebecca, Abigail, Aiden Norbury, Michael, Nicholas, Brady Holtgrave, Harper and Zoe; his siblings, Pat Voss of Belleville, Bruce Santel (Sharon) of Ohio and Larry Santel (Brenda) of Albers; his brothers-in-law, Donna Spealman of Troy, Gloria Ross of Carlyle, Raymond Spealman (Linda) of Trenton and Darlene Lehman (Dennis) of Edwardsville; and also Huegen.
