She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Smith (Tolbert) and Ernest Smith; and her siblings, Alma Grant (Horace), Patsy Anderson (Charles), Laverne Smith and Herbert Smith (Margaret).
She is survived by: her husband Dale; her children, Sarah Cardillo (Brent) and Neil Huegen (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Stella Cardillo, Nolan and Langston Huegen; and her sisters, Bonnie Kinley (Luther), Marilyn Durham (Hugh), Dorothy Thompson (Ron) and Carolyn Grant (John). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in laws and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations in Cynthia's name to Mater Dei Catholic High School and they will be received at the church or Nordike Funeral Home, 15 E. Hanover St., New Baden, IL 62265 who is serving the family.
