He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry, Sr. and Norma Jean Collins (Stetler); and his siblings, Regina Collins and Ray "Dickie" Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Rena Collins; his children, Bill Collins (Ashley) of Pekin and Stephanie Batson (Jerret) of Edwardsville, IL; his grandchildren, Jayda, Olivia, Noah, Sophia Collins, Ephraim, Greydon and Isabella Batson; and his sisters, Karen Hagaman, Colleen Sarnes, Angie Lippert, Janet Livingston and LeAnn Pirtle Bailey (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
