Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Virginia Guernsey of Tremont, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 79, on July 3, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Turk" Bolliger and Virginia "Ginger" Hinman Bolliger. She is survived by: her husband Steven Guernsey; her children, Stephanie Johnson of Tremont, Michelle Holthe (Paul) of Eureka and Jim Guernsey (Gwen) of Baton Rouge, LA; her granddaughters, Hope Johnson of Fargo, ND and Grace Johnson of Sunnyvale, California; and her sisters, Mary Cremeens (Jay) of Tremont, Jody Neville (Ron) of Tremont and Leslie "Bunny" Norman (Jeff) of Pekin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation or TAPS.
