He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rhoades and Erma Edwards Rhoades. He is survived by: his former wife Judith E. Bucy; his wife Judy of Tremont; his daughters, Melissa Emmons (Ricky) of Pekin and Jennifer Miller (Eric) of Tremont; his grandchildren, Kelton, Reece Emmons, Erica Lonie (Grant), Haley and Luke Miller; and his siblings, Maxine Davis, Bob Rhoades and Joyce Whittlesey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's or Tremont Baptist Church.
