He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alice Becker Gillan and Donald R. Gillan; his wife Wilma L. Gillan (Wolfer); his daughters, Shelly Gillan and Rebecca Burdi (Gillan); his son-in-law Michael Burdi; his grandsons, Nicholas Burdi and Maximilian Burdi; his brothers, Loren Gillan and Leonard Gillan; and his grandfather Josiah Philip Becker (J. P.). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
